Machine opcodes are handled inline in
LowLevelVM.evaluateand everything else dispatches straight to aSyscallfunction,removing the
{ syscall, evaluate }wrapper objects and theextra
isMachineassertion on every instruction.AppendOpcodes.addno longer accepts a'machine'kind since nothing registered one.
