Replaces the
WeakMapWithPrimitiveswrapper used byuniqueKeyForandidentityForNthOccurencewith aWeakMapand aMapselected inline.This runs once per item on every pass over a list, so it removes two method calls and a redundant
isIndexablecheck per item.
